Mark J. Kohler
Mark received his Bachelors of Accounting degree and his Masters of Taxation Degree from the University of Utah and graduated from Willamette University Law School. He is a licensed CPA in Oregon, Utah and Arizona and is member of the Utah Bar and practicing attorney. Mark has not only pursued education, but the valuable experience of owning a number of business in order to specialize in the complex areas of business, estate and tax planning. Additionally, Mark has worked for the accounting firm KPMG Peat Marwick in Portland, Oregon, clerked for the Oregon Tax Court, and a member or partner of three law firms before establishing Kohler & Eyre CPAs, LLP. LaDell Eyre
LaDell graduated from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and a Masters of Accounting Degree with honors. LaDell is a licensed CPA and the managing partner in the accounting firm of Kohler & Eyre CPAs, LLP. LaDell has had extensive experience with the national firm Deloitte & Touche, LLP in Phoenix, Arizona where he specialized in corporate tax structures and taxation laws. LaDell retuned to Southern Utah and worked with Southern Utah’s largest accounting firm. Before helping to found Kohler & Eyre, LaDell was serving as CFO for Quantum Construction and it’s subsidiaries, a major development company in the State of Utah.
Brian Brown
Brian was raised in California, and a graduate of California State University at Long Beach. He received his CPA license from the State of California in 1992. He started his accounting career at a small local firm in Southern California. After being with that firm for eight years, Brian started his own practice and continued on his own until he joined the staff of Kohler & Eyre CPAs, LLP in 2003. He has brought a tremendous amount of experience with him to Kohler & Eyre. He is now located in Cedar City with his wife and two children.
